Putting words in Al Gore's mouth, the Hoover Institution's Peter Schweizer rails against Al Gore because he's not living a monastic lifestyle.
Schweizer obviously hasn't seen An Inconvenient Truth. Gore spends the last few minutes of the film explaining how even modest changes in energy use are all that's needed to reverse global warming. An Inconvenient Truth isn't an EarthFirst diatribe. No one is asking us to move into caves or give up our stock.
Schweizer does do a pubic service by confirming that Al Gore is very much a mainstream politician.
